Johnson Property is committed and passionate about supporting the south-west Lake Macquarie region and investing in the area.
Johnson Property Group has long been enthusiastic about working with Council to restore the sea baths at Trinity Point, inclusive of shark netting, and to dedicate this new restored facility to Council for community benefit. This discussion with Council continues and we are hopeful for a positive outcome for the Lake Macquarie community. See artist’s impression below.
Investing in the community
Across Johnson Property Group’s Lake Macquarie projects, the company is delivering over $87 million of local infrastructure for the Morisset area.
Building two sports fields including a full size AFL field and cricket field, 2x rectangular fields and cricket field, a turf cricket square, a clubhouse and amenities building, a skatepark, and a dog exercise area – located in Cooranbong, a short 10 minute drive from Trinity Point
Building two local parks including play equipment, half basketball court, kick about area, seats, bubblers, bike racks – located in Cooranbong, a short 10 minute drive from Trinity Point
Building two neighbourhood parks including toilet facilities, a children’s district playground, and picnic and BBQ facilities
Building a 920sqm multi purpose centre with 4 activity rooms:
a 200sqm activity room capable of holding conferences, dance groups, presentations, playgroups, arts and craft sessions
a 100sqm activity room capable of holding a variety of community activities and meetings
a 140sqm activity room capable of holding a variety of community activities and meetings including ‘marker space’ activities,
a 40sqm activity room capable of holding community meetings and training sessions
and counselling/interview rooms and a commercial kitchen -located in Cooranbong, a short 10 minute drive from Trinity Point
Installing two multi courts for netball, basketball, tennis – located in Cooranbong, a short 10 minute drive from Trinity Point
