This website provides the community with up to date information on planning for Trinity Point and some wider information about the amount of community investment that forms part of the activities by Johnson Property Group
The following goals are being considered for the Trinity point site:
Lake Macquarie Council objective for Trinity Point to deliver a tourism and mixed use outcome is supported
NSW goals to drive growth in NSW’s regional visitor economy
Morisset’s strategic importance to the Hunter Region is supported. This is one of 12 strategic centres, with NSW Government plans for it to become a “regional city”
Important sustainability targets continue to be supported
The site’s proximity to the M1 and Sydney is further enhanced by the recent Northconnex project. The Trinity Point development project started over 21 years ago, with two stages now complete. As part of the current proposal, stage three, Johnson Property Group is proposing a luxury hotel, function centre, pool and a total of approximately 220 waterfront apartments.
As part of the current proposal, stage three, Johnson Property Group is proposing a luxury hotel, function centre, pool and a total of approximately 220 waterfront apartments. This proposal follows Trinity Point’s $100 million home estate, the 94-berth marina and existing restaurant.
Separately, Johnson Property Group is proposing an extension of their marina, in line with the above goals and the approved concept. Johnson Group Property has commenced community consultation to gather feedback on the proposals (see below “Marina Berths” link).
Johnson Property Group is passionate about investing in the local area, providing high quality community facilities. Please see more information in the link below.
